complimentary upgrade comfy bed great shower warm room poor air conditioning loud music
I was given a complimentary upgrade. The bed was comfy. I also found the shower to be great. Sky Sports on the television was a pleasant surprise.
The room felt too warm, and the air conditioning would not cool below 19 degrees Celsius. It reminded me of there was no fresh air. The rooftop restaurant played music until 1 a.m. I could hear it clearly and did not sleep well.

Amazing Stay!
perfect location helpful staff fresh towels
The location was perfect for exploring! Many key attractions were just a short walk away! I also appreciated the helpful staff who gladly stored my luggage after checkout. The room was very clean and the fresh towels were so nice after a long day.
The music from the rooftop bar was a bit loud until late, especially on floor six, I think quieter music would be better.

My Club Room was spacious and very clean with modern decor. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The bathroom included complimentary toiletries and fresh towels were provided daily by the housekeeping staff!

The hotel bar was very relaxing, it had comfortable seating. The breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold items. Everything tasted delicious. I had convenient access to a gym with modern equipment!

convenient location large bed relaxed atmosphere
the hotel is conveniently located near the train station. the room included a large bed. i found the minster view from the room appealing. also, the bar area presented a relaxed atmosphere.
the room seemed a bit dusty. i noticed the lighting could be better.

faulty air conditioning uninterested staff
The hotel is centrally located, and the room was an okay size.
The air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly. I had to ask reception to keep resetting it, not ideal because it was a warm room. Staff did not seem to take my request seriously.

central location food option attentive staff
The location worked wonderfully for me. It offered easy access to local attractions. I enjoyed a large breakfast with excellent food options. The staff were very polite, attentive, and FRIENDLY!!!
